This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that suits your personal and professional needs. As part of our outpatient services, you will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms, while also coordinating necessary home visits when required. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other stakeholders about patient progress and needs.
• Maintain organizational efficiency by providing a clear schedule of appointments and ongoing evaluations to supervisors.
• Facilitate home visits as needed to carry out observations, chart reviews, and interviews that contribute to comprehensive care.
• Ensure the faithful implementation of individualized program plans and track their effectiveness through continuous monitoring.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to align treatment goals and share insights that enhance overall care.
• Document patient progress regularly with monthly and quarterly notes that reflect their developmental trajectory.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff, emphasizing core competencies in program implementation and documentation standards.
• Engage with clients on follow-up interviews and home visits to ensure continued support and progress in their treatment.
• Serve as a liaison to the community, advocating for mental health resources and collaborating with local agencies to encourage holistic healthcare.

As an LPC at Invasive Academy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the State of Texas is required prior to beginning the role.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required; this includes providing direct patient care.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance use treatment will be highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting is preferred but not required.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
