Healing Journeys Marriage & Family Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. As a pivotal member of our community health clinic, you will provide evidence-based mental health care to individuals navigating personal challenges and striving for emotional resilience. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while promoting comprehensive telehealth services. With operational and clinical teams available to support you, our environment fosters collaboration and innovation, all while you focus on what matters mostโ€”caring for your clients. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with other mental health providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress using automated self-assessments and functional improvement measures.
  • Participate in weekly clinical drop-in consultations to receive support and guidance from leadership.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, including those who may be at an elevated risk for suicide and individuals facing various mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with an active licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with diverse and higher risk populations, specifically focused on adults.
  • Minimum of one year of independent clinical practice as a licensed mental health professional.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of direct experience providing CBT and other evidence-based interventions to adults with a range of mental health concerns.
  • Adeptness in utilizing technology as part of clinical practice, with a strong enthusiasm for implementing digital health solutions.
