Healing Journeys Marriage & Family Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. As a pivotal member of our community health clinic, you will provide evidence-based mental health care to individuals navigating personal challenges and striving for emotional resilience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a range of benefits designed to support your professional and personal growth.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while promoting comprehensive telehealth services. With operational and clinical teams available to support you, our environment fosters collaboration and innovation, all while you focus on what matters most—caring for your clients. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly live video sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with other mental health providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress using automated self-assessments and functional improvement measures.
  • Participate in weekly clinical drop-in consultations to receive support and guidance from leadership.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, including those who may be at an elevated risk for suicide and individuals facing various mental health disorders. We champion a holistic and inclusive approach, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and ensuring culturally responsive care to support their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with an active licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with diverse and higher risk populations, specifically focused on adults.
  • Minimum of one year of independent clinical practice as a licensed mental health professional.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of direct experience providing CBT and other evidence-based interventions to adults with a range of mental health concerns.
  • Adeptness in utilizing technology as part of clinical practice, with a strong enthusiasm for implementing digital health solutions.
