• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory documentation and reporting requirements, ensuring that records are completed promptly and accurately.
• Utilize evidence-based clinical tools to monitor client progress and to inform treatment choices, collaborating with the clinical team to refine approach as necessary.
• Participate in the creation of positive behavior support plans and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement these strategies effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through conference attendance, training classes, and participation in relevant statewide meetings and committees.
• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources, fostering open lines of communication with both internal teams and external agencies.
• Promote the agency's mission and values at every opportunity, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to compassionate care and community engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, supporting overall operations and client service goals.

The clients served by the Neuro Health Care Clinic include diverse populations dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and complex developmental challenges.
