You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, using technology to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships while ensuring confidentiality and comfort. You'll be part of a supportive team that prioritizes collaboration and professional development, all while working from the convenience of your own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, specifically focusing on low-acuity, stable adults, primarily in an educational context.
  • Assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional health through comprehensive evaluation techniques appropriate for a school setting.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective, solution-focused treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to foster growth and development.
  • Empower clients by equipping them with essential coping skills and strategies to meet their personal and academic goals.
  • Actively engage with school staff to ensure an integrated approach to students' overall well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity adults, including students who may be experiencing academic-related stress or interpersonal issues. Your role will be crucial in providing the resources and strategies necessary for these individuals to thrive both emotionally and academically. You will work closely with clients to create a supportive environment where they can effectively navigate their challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology is required.
  • Valid state licensure as a Mental Health professional is mandatory, with eligible licenses being LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Provisional or limited licenses, as well as any history of disciplinary action, will not be considered.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on counseling and therapy.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring all clients receive the attention and support they require.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a genuine empathetic approach to treatment and the establishment of trusted therapeutic relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus, facilitating a smooth transition into our organization.
  • Comprehensive health insurance options, including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Weekly direct deposit to manage your finances smoothly.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments while building a case load tailored to your expertise.
  • Unlimited referrals matched to your specialties and preferences to optimize your client interactions.
  • Streamlined administrative support to minimize paperwork, allowing you to focus on what you do bestโ€”delivering excellent care.
  • Access to a user-friendly Counselor portal to manage all scheduling and client interactions effectively.
Career Growth Opportunities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have ample opportunities for professional development and growth.
