• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, specifically focusing on low-acuity, stable adults, primarily in an educational context.
• Assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional health through comprehensive evaluation techniques appropriate for a school setting.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective, solution-focused treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to foster growth and development.

This position primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity adults, including students who may be experiencing academic-related stress or interpersonal issues. You will work closely with clients to create a supportive environment where they can effectively navigate their challenges.

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health professional is mandatory, with eligible licenses being LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Provisional or limited licenses, as well as any history of disciplinary action, will not be considered.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on counseling and therapy.
• Demonstrated ability in managing a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring all clients receive the attention and support they require.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by a genuine empathetic approach to treatment and the establishment of trusted therapeutic relationships.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
