Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships, respecting professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and future appointments, ensuring timely discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to organizational standards and compliance regulations.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to gather relevant client information and determine suitable treatment paths.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Embrace a growth mindset and maintain an adaptive approach to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

  • Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms is necessary, as you will be providing remote services.
  • Experience in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy for individuals and families is a must.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous involvement in community outreach or advocacy-related activities will be regarded favorably.
  • Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
