• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy strategies for clients, ensuring that care plans reflect each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop cohesive treatment plans and provide comprehensive client support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain current with the latest trends in mental health care.

Our clientele encompasses a wide demographic range, including individuals seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use issues. As a therapist in our practice, you will be equipped to work with diverse populations, employing culturally sensitive approaches to address various mental health concerns. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes by empowering clients to achieve their personal goals in a supportive environment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a telehealth framework is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
