Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing both structured screening tools and in-depth interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, showcasing an understanding of psychiatric diagnoses and evidence-based therapies.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to address clients' unique needs.
• Monitor clients' progress towards therapy goals and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage clients in teletherapy sessions, maintaining a professional and confidential online therapeutic environment.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards by ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment histories.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training workshops and webinars, to keep abreast of emerging practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to ensure the efficient handling of caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing virtual therapy in a telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
