Critical Duties and Responsibilities โ€ข Oversee multi-disciplined software engineers including developers, architects, testers, and integrators
โ€ข Perform product oversight and definition for custom classified Software Defined Radio waveforms integration using various frameworks through partnerships with Intel customer and military intelligence partners
โ€ข Execute regular product updates, integration, and deployment through Research Design Technology and Evaluation technology insertion and system modernization โ€ข Maintain full software product lifecycle management, including product definition, requirements, design, integration & test, and system software deployment for PL SSW portfolio
โ€ข Perform continuous COTS and GOTS integration and management including license
Procurement and management
โ€ข Conduct full stack software engineering, architecture and design and development for the portfolio
โ€ข Sensor data management and orchestration through various middleware technologies including Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA) and JICD
โ€ข Create software estimates and examine vendor proposals related to software engineering โ€ข Conduct full software engineering management support including patch and security maintenance, cybersecurity updates for Accreditation & Authorization, media duplication & management, remote software deployment and support, and non-destructive software updates Minimum Requirements โ€ข Documented experience with software tools, including Photon, Salvage, Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, GIT, Rational Team Concert (RTC), JIRA, Confluence, SVN, Nexus, CentOS, MacOS, Windows, SQL, ONEROOF, Niagara Files (NiFi), ArcGIS, RaptorX, REDHAWK, Nimble Eagle, GEOnet, EWPMT, IEWTPT, Integrated Sensor Architecture (ISA), Swagger, GNU Radio, and JICD
โ€ข Basic work understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Radio Frequency (RF) principles & processing techniques, DSP frameworks, data management and SIGINT product development & prosecution for full-scale mission support from collector to consumer
โ€ข Familiarity in SIGINT processing techniques including real-time wideband signal processing and narrowband channelization & DSP taps with Photon, TDOA & FDOA based geolocation, Direction Finding, and spectrum management
โ€ข Working knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming methodologies and Service Oriented Architecture principles and various middleware technologies to enable product development and distributed team integration
โ€ข Solid experience managing full software product lifecycle management, including product definition, requirements, design, integration & test, and system software deployment for a DOD acquisition program office
โ€ข Experience conducting full software engineering management support including patch and security maintenance, cybersecurity updates for Accreditation & Authorization, media duplication & management, remote software deployment and support, and non-destructive software updates
โ€ข Experience developing software estimates and review of vendor technical proposals
โ€ข Must Be knowledgeable and have hands-on experience implementing Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and processes for software intensive systems โ€ข Ability to travel minimum of 25% travel is required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS โ€ข Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance Experience โ€ข Minimum of 10 years related experience (May be some flexibility.) Education โ€ข BS or higher degree in computer systems engineering, software engineering, or similar field
