• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish a therapeutic relationship.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling for diverse clients across multiple settings.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our Simple Practice platform, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, peer consultation, and continuing education opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions, sharing insights and strategies for enhanced client outcomes.

You will work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches to achieve optimal results. • A valid license as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in psychotherapy, showcasing your ability to treat individuals, couples, and families.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

• Experience working in remote or telehealth settings is highly advantageous.
• Expertise in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or addiction counseling.
• Background in utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
