This role is ideal for a project management professional who combines strong delivery leadership with business analysis and Agile facilitation skills. The Project Manager will partner closely with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather business requirements, prioritize work, manage project execution, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek\'s mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.
What You Will Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
  • Build and manage data models, tables, relationships, business rules, and security within Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop automated workflows and integrations that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Manage solution promotion and deployment across Development, Test, and Production environments.
  • Implement best practices for security, compliance, performance, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Power Platform architecture, development standards, and best practices.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of project management, business analysis, Scrum Master, or program management experience supporting technology initiatives.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing federal government contracts and understanding service-based delivery models.
  • Demonstrated success managing project backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience managing against SLAs and operational performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and requirements management best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience working with government reporting requirements, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and QASP-driven environments.
  • Strong resource planning and capacity management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound operational decisions.
  • Experience managing client, vendor, and platform partner relationships.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Experience supporting federal contract transitions, recompetes, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and federal compliance frameworks.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management credential.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification.
