Aquent is partnering with a leading innovator in the digital property marketplace, a company dedicated to transforming how millions connect with their next home journey. This organization is at the forefront of its industry, constantly pushing boundaries and creating impactful experiences. If you're ready to hit the ground running and contribute to a mission-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital real estate, directly influencing how users engage with essential services and connect with their dream homes.
About the Role
Step into a pivotal marketing role where your execution prowess will directly influence critical marketing channels. You will be a vital contributor, supporting core marketing teams - Lifecycle, Frontline, and Web - ensuring seamless operations and impactful campaigns. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your analytical skills and marketing savvy to deliver measurable results and empower continued growth. You'll work independently, communicate proactively, and bring a fresh perspective to complex challenges, making a tangible difference from day one as you drive key initiatives forward.
What You'll Do
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance metrics from various business intelligence and analytics platforms to populate pre-built reporting templates across multiple marketing channels.
  • Calculate and compile channel performance data each month, developing clear summaries and performance-driven insights for business stakeholders.
  • Build and assemble performance slides for recurring forums and business rhythms, presenting key findings to internal teams.
  • Own regular reporting and forecasting across channels, including trend diagnostics and monthly pacing updates throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Monitor data for anomalies, escalate issues to internal leads, and actively participate in diagnostic troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
  • Keep performance decks current and produce slides for recurring leadership readouts, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Maintain living tracking documents, ensuring accuracy across all active workstreams under your ownership.
  • Draft and assist with the development of strategic marketing briefs to support the creation of assets used across various channel initiatives.
  • Write and iterate on compelling short-form email and SMS copy based on existing briefs and strategic direction from internal leads.
  • Build and route content through established approval workflows across multiple workstreams, including SMS tests, email refreshes, and nurture series updates.
  • Update and maintain campaign documentation as new communications launch or undergo changes, ensuring all records are current.
  • Create and maintain living decks and tracking documents, ensuring accuracy across all active workstreams you own.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in at least two of these areas: lifecycle/CRM marketing (email & SMS), frontline/sales enablement marketing, or digital/web marketing.
  • Proven ability to pull, interpret, and present data from business intelligence (BI) tools; experience with widely used BI platforms is strongly preferred. You are adept at extracting insights from data, even if you don't build the dashboards yourself.
  • Experienced in writing concise and effective short-form marketing copy for email and SMS. You can quickly adapt to brand voice and produce clean copy with minimal revisions.
  • Familiarity with a CRM or marketing automation platform for campaign building and deployment. You understand the mechanics of campaign execution.
  • Comfortable navigating approval and legal review workflows, or a quick learner eager to master new processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), capable of producing polished deliverables independently.
  • Self-directed with excellent follow-through, consistently tracking your own deadlines, proactively flagging blockers, and operating effectively without daily oversight.
  • Comfortable attending cross-functional meetings and representing project status on your owned work, communicating clearly and consistently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working with generative AI copywriting tools.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Familiarity with SMS platforms and email deployment tooling.
  • Familiarity with onsite marketing and/or a headless content management system (CMS).
