  • Coordinate agency partners in the execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives, including customer journeys, audience segmentation, marketing automation workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategies established by marketing leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity, accurate lead attribution, and seamless integration between websites, Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing technologies.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, executive summaries, and performance analyses that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate project timelines, campaign launches, digital assets, documentation, and standard operating procedures across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the technical digital marketing resource for Continuing Life supported communities, collaborating with onsite marketing leaders, agency partners, developers, and vendors while identifying new technologies and best practices that advance Continuing Life's marketing objectives.
