• Conduct therapeutic sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive and professional environment for clients to express their concerns.
• Assess and diagnose a range of emotional and mental health disorders, implementing appropriate treatment plans to address issues such as grief, anxiety, and stress.
• Guide clients in developing coping strategies and decision-making skills to enhance their overall mental wellbeing and resilience.
• Monitor client progress and provide regular updates, making adaptations to treatment approaches as needed to align with individual client journeys.

Our therapists primarily work with stable adults who have low acuity mental health needs. Clients are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for remote therapy, allowing you to focus on providing effective care without the additional pressures of high-acuity cases. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer literacy skills and comfort using telehealth platforms for client interactions.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or remote counseling is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to create individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments.
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, contingent upon your caseload and level of experience.
