  • Own all stages of interface component design, from conception through execution.
  • Translate UX wireframes and mockups into reusable, efficient, and scalable components.
  • Use libraries such as Redux, TanStack Query, and React Router to manage application state, derive computed data, and handle asynchronous API calls.

BACK END (.NET CORE)

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications using .NET Core.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) to support application data needs.
  • Support deployment of solutions to cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and help ensure high availability.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & LEADERSHIP

  • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and system architects to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Implement and enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Ensure applications meet strict DoW cybersecurity and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team.
  • Provide technical updates and recommendations directly to C-level executives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute ideas to process refinements and adhere to company branding and documentation standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

CITIZENSHIP & CLEARANCE

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum practices.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of modern full-stack application development.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and DoW cybersecurity requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and development collaboration tools.

DESIRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • TypeScript, Redux, and TanStack (Query/Router) experience.
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure).
  • Docker/Kubernetes knowledge.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, xUnit, Playwright).
  • Prior DoW/DoD development experience or military background is a strong plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Remote position; must be able to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must maintain a home office in compliance with company standards.
