• Provide high-quality therapeutic counseling sessions via our online platform to clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Maintain accurate and concise client records, leveraging our technology to streamline documentation processes and minimize time spent on administrative tasks.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development to refine therapeutic techniques and stay current with emerging mental health trends.
• Promote the teletherapy model and educate clients on the benefits of online mental health services.

Your client caseload will primarily consist of individuals seeking low-acuity support, enabling you to harness your expertise in providing effective strategies for managing life’s challenges. All clients are pre-screened for stability and appropriateness for teletherapy, ensuring that you work with motivated individuals ready to engage in their mental health journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Ability to create a private, professional space for conducting sessions, consistent with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

• Experience managing a caseload independently, showing proficiency in scheduling, treatment planning, and client communication.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is viewed favorably and enhances your capability to serve a broader range of clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. New hires will benefit from a significant sign-on bonus upon seeing their first client within two weeks of onboarding.
