Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Create personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices, and adjust them as necessary based on ongoing client assessments and feedback.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing innovative techniques and solution-focused methods to promote client engagement and improvements in mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention when required, addressing urgent mental health issues with sensitivity and expertise, ensuring clients receive immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client caseloads effectively, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
• A clean disciplinary record with the relevant licensing board.

• Experience providing teletherapy services, particularly within a remote work setting.
