Manager, Influencer & Content Marketing

The Influencer & Content Marketing Manager will lead the execution of integrated influencer, social, and content strategies across a portfolio of emerging beauty brands, including fragrance, skincare, and body care. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role will translate brand strategy into best-in-class execution, overseeing creator partnerships, content development, social media, and community initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and retail growth.

This role will directly manage two team members and serve as the day-to-day leader of influencer, social, and content marketing across the portfolio, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly from concept through launch.


Responsibilities

Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop quarterly and seasonal influencer, social, and content strategies across a portfolio of emerging beauty brands.

Translate marketing priorities into culturally relevant, talkable campaigns that support brand awareness, retail growth, and product launches.

Lead end-to-end influencer marketing across paid, organic, affiliate, ambassador, and gifting programs, from strategy and creator identification through execution and reporting.

Develop campaign strategies, creator briefs, and content frameworks that align with each brand's positioning, voice, and business objectives.

Build and manage relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and key external partners.

Oversee influencer budgets, contracts, product seeding, usage rights, campaign timelines, and performance reporting, using insights to optimize future programs.

Lead the development and execution of social content calendars, ensuring content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and delivered from concept through publishing.

Identify emerging social, creator, and cultural trends, bringing new ideas and opportunities to keep brands at the forefront of the beauty conversation.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of two direct reports across influencer, social, and content marketing, establishing clear priorities and maintaining a high standard of execution.

Track and report on key performance metrics across influencer, social, and content initiatives while continuously improving team processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

2 - 3 years of experience in influencer, social, or digital marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, fragrance, or consumer brands.

Experience developing integrated influencer and content strategies.

Previous people management experience required.

Deep understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

Experience managing agencies, creators, and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
