• Provide ethical, compassionate, and tailored mental health counseling to clients primarily through engaging video chat sessions.
• Conduct thorough, ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health status to identify needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Guide clients in developing essential coping mechanisms, problem-solving strategies, and communication skills to navigate their emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic treatment and comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize an easy-to-navigate digital counseling platform to maintain documentation, track client progress, and facilitate scheduling.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at WholeLife, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. This role is crucial in helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives by providing tailored guidance and support while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• A Master's degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and free from any disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in using technology for remote counseling services.
• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection for seamless video conferencing with clients.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to create personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Experience in working within a community health or clinical setting is advantageous.
