In this role, you will engage primarily in a remote work setting, which provides flexibility while allowing you to maintain productive interactive sessions with clients. Despite the virtual nature of this position, our team ensures there are robust systems in place to facilitate effective collaboration among team members and allied health professionals. Regular check-ins, team meetings, and support systems are integrated into our workflow, fostering a culture of teamwork and collective success.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique mental health needs, incorporating screening tools and diagnostic interviews.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, actively participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings to strategize treatment approaches.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating calmness and professionalism during emergencies and providing immediate support.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, including educational workshops and seminars, to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. • Possess a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral level education in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish trust and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Culturally competent and sensitive, with a strong understanding of working with diverse populations and specific community needs.
• Strong organizational skills with proficient time management capabilities to ensure thorough documentation and timely follow-up with clients.

• Experience in providing therapy within an outpatient setting, particularly in a community mental health environment.
• Familiarity with various mental health assessment tools and evaluations.
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives or educational programming related to mental health.

• Attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
