• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions utilizing advanced telehealth platforms, ensuring the privacy and comfort of clients during their sessions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' relational dynamics and mental health concerns, developing individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals to guide the therapy process.
• Employ family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address the complexities of relationship dynamics, including communication barriers and family stressors.
• Provide timely support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client and family safety in moments of distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on essential skills such as effective communication and conflict resolution, while fostering coping strategies to improve their overall relational health.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and mental health professionals within our virtual environment to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying updated with the latest research and best practices within the marriage and family therapy domain.

As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. Your focus will be on fostering positive change through understanding and addressing their unique challenges, which may include interpersonal conflicts, mental health issues, and family dynamics. Your role will contribute significantly to nurturing a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages growth and healing.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon or the state in which you will be providing services.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential; advanced education such as a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area is expected.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy or counseling in a similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective remote interactions with clients.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting, with effective time-management skills.
• Willingness to accommodate clients in various time zones, showcasing flexibility in scheduling sessions.

• Knowledge of and familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools to ensure competence in remote practice.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
