  • Manage the M&A process from initial target identification and outreach through due diligence, valuation, negotiation, transaction execution, and post-closing integration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional due diligence (e.g., financial, operational, commercial)
  • Own the project until transitioned to core team

Strategic Growth
  • Evaluate opportunities to expand into new categories, geographies, channels, and customer segments.
  • Develop strategic perspectives on evolving luxury consumer behavior, retail formats, competitive dynamics, and emerging business models.
  • Take ownership of special projects that have significant strategic or financial importance to the company.

Financial and Strategic Analysis
  • Build financial models to evaluate strategic alternatives and investment opportunities.
  • Analyze business performance (e.g., unit economics, customer/follower acquisition and retention, and other key retail metrics).
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and clearly communicate key risks and assumptions.

Qualifications

Preferred

  • Experience working with founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with luxury consumer behavior, premium brand positioning, and the dynamics of physical retail and digital commerce.
  • Experience with post-merger integration.
  • Experience evaluating and executing M&A or strategic investment transactions.
