Job Description :
 
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
  •  3+ years experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.
  •  3+ years DB2 experience.
  •  3+ years .NET experience.
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
  •  IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.
  •  Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.
  •  Experience developing, testing and debugging code for the support of a record and information management system.
  •  Experience in analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.
  •  Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.
  •  Experience supporting records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.
  •  Experience planning upgrades and patches, and oversee testing environments.
  •  Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety Kofax and content management solution.
