Job Description
Otis Finance's Team is seeking a dynamic FP&A to acts as the liaison between global and regional operations organizations and world headquarters finance department ensuring the timely and accurate exchange of information. S/he is responsible for critical processes that guarantee the profit and cost targets are achieved. S/he interacts with operations and finance senior management on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Global Engineering Finance:
Global Engineering budget management, including annual expense and Capex planning, monthly/quarterly forecast, Actual result analysis and reporting. Accounting owner for Farmington Engineering center, including monthly closing, allocation entries, FX analysis and reclass, purchasing order and Capex review and approval, FAIP monitoring and account reconciliation. Product development Project profile oversight, annual product development projects Planning, forecast tracking and actual reporting. Level 1 project business case review and approval. Ad hoc activities as we look for new ways to analyze the business and new ideas to drive growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Adm, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Fluent English
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and FP&A
  • Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing performance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle JDE, HFM)
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a global manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs
  • Familiarity with standard costing and operational KPIs

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
