Working remotely in a detail-oriented role requires strong self-discipline and effective time management. Common challenges include minimizing distractions from your home environment and maintaining focus on complex tasks that demand accuracy. Many professionals find success by setting up a dedicated workspace, using project management tools, and establishing clear routines for regular check-ins with their team. Collaboration often happens through virtual meetings and shared documents, so staying proactive in communication is key to ensuring details are not missed. About us
RenewCrew Home Services is a fast-growing property services company specializing in residential maintenance, housekeeping, and turnover solutions for short-term vacation rentals and long-term residential properties. We partner with property managers and homeowners to deliver high-quality, reliable service that keeps homes guest-ready and operating efficiently.
Our core services include full-service property turnovers, detailed housekeeping, general maintenance and repairs, and professional linen care through our wash-dry-fold program for vacation rental properties. We play a critical role in ensuring properties are clean, functional, and prepared on tight timelines between guest stays.
At RenewCrew, we operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail, accountability, and efficiency are essential. Our team members take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results that directly impact guest satisfaction and property performance.
We are building a dependable, skilled workforce that values professionalism, clear communication, and a strong work ethic. Whether it’s preparing a home for the next guest, completing maintenance repairs, or managing linen logistics, every role at RenewCrew contributes to a seamless experience for our clients.
Our work environment includes:
  • On-the-job training

Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If you’re the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself “Is that a smudge?!” then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain RenewCrew standards. A full background check is required for this position.
Responsibilities include:
  • Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

  • Report any damages to the rooms
  • Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
  • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
  • Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Schedule:
  • Monday to Saturday flexible
  • Sundays required
  • 10-40 hours per week flexible

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Able to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods

This is a remote position.
