What You'll Do:
As the selected Power Platform developer, you'll develop and maintain robust Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions that meet the government's requirements. The contractor will work closely with government stakeholders to analyze business needs, design efficient solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct analysis of requirements to identify appropriate Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops with government stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes and functional specifications.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Design, develop, and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively.
  • Build Power Apps solutions that address specific government processes, incorporating intuitive user interfaces and seamless data integration.
  • Design and develop SharePoint pages, templates, and sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any other approved programming language.
  • Build SP list and library forms using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Develop and customize document libraries using content types and site columns.
  • Integrate SharePoint workflows with external systems and data sources to automate data retrieval and updates.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (BI/APPS/Automate) administration and development.
  • Specific tools/experience areas: Power BI Desktop application, SharePoint Online, Power Query Editor, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Data Modeling and Relationships, Custom Visualizations, Data Source Connectivity, and Performance Optimization.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
  • Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a US Department of Education accredited University is required. Extensive and relevant experience may be considered as a substitute for education.
  • Clearance: Top Secret Security Clearance required to start
Salary Range: $110k - $150k
The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
