This role operates in a hybrid model allowing for remote sessions while enabling occasional interactions through an outpatient office setting when necessary. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions employing a wide variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, whether they involve cognitive-behavioral techniques or family dynamics interventions.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients experiencing mobility issues or preferred virtual counseling, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring detailed progress notes are securely stored and easily retrievable.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, peer supervision, and further training in specialized therapy areas, including trauma-informed care and addiction treatment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain trusting and supportive therapeutic relationships.
• Strong empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences, fostering a safe space for open dialogue.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, enabling you to handle caseloads efficiently while attending to administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Experience in conducting therapist-led group sessions is an asset.
• Keen interest or certification in specialized treatment areas such as addiction recovery, trauma care, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
