This position is entirely remote, providing you with the freedom to set your own schedule based on your availability. Our virtual infrastructure utilizes state-of-the-art technology that allows for seamless interaction with clients while reducing administrative burdens. You will have access to a user-friendly Counselor portal that facilitates appointment management, billing, and communication, thereby allowing you to focus more on delivering care.

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide compassionate individual psychotherapy to stable, low-acuity adults, tailoring sessions to suit each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional states to inform comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing solution-focused therapy approaches to guide your practice.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment modalities as required to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Assist clients in building effective coping mechanisms and developing strategies to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

You will work primarily with adults facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our aim is to provide quality care to clients who may be navigating low-acuity issues, allowing for a manageable caseload and the opportunity to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of Texas as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD; provisional licenses and those with disciplinary actions are not accepted.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing a caseload.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology in a remote work setting, including familiarity with counseling software platforms.
• Ability to make informed clinical decisions and develop tailored treatment plans with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
