• Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to address specific emotional and behavioral disorders in patients of various age groups.
• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs, subsequently developing an initial discharge plan that outlines therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, applying clinical best practices tailored to the treatment plans established for each patient.
• Guide the initial treatment planning process based on thorough assessments, coordinate necessary additional services, and revise plans as required to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy services in accordance with facility guidelines, ensuring compliance with both professional and ethical standards.
• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring the delivery of appropriate therapeutic interventions while also participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate with colleagues.
• Demonstrate a consistent, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients, actively addressing and resolving any concerns regarding patient experiences.
• Prioritize patient safety by adhering to established protocols and guidelines while performing assigned functions.
• Contribute to a dynamic treatment team environment by bringing insights and feedback that enhance patient care and therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is essential for application.
• Possession of state or national licensure for mental health professionals is required, specifically LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, through the State of Texas.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or similar clinical environment is favorable.

• The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
