Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient psychiatric practice. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to provide impactful care to individuals struggling with various mental health challenges. Our team of experienced professionals collaborates to ensure that every patient receives holistic treatment tailored to their unique needs.

This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while ensuring you stay connected to a support network of fellow mental health professionals. You will work predominantly Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate our patients' needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of patients, determining their specific treatment needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both short-term concerns and long-term mental health goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to provide the highest quality care.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of approaches tailored to the specific issues faced by patients.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case conferences and professional development meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
• Stay abreast of current research and developments in the mental health field to enhance the effectiveness of treatment and care quality.

Our practice primarily serves adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood-related disorders. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring your approach respects their unique cultural and personal experiences. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas is necessary.
• Two or more years of post-licensure experience are strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• A proven track record of conducting thorough assessments, accurate diagnoses, and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and foster therapeutic alliances.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and modern technology applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clear professional boundaries and ethical standards.

While two years of experience are a minimum requirement, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, and a strong knowledge base in evidence-based practices will be given preference. Familiarity with community resources and the ability to connect patients with external support services is also a valuable asset.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
