• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying specific needs and goals to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
• Provide couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.
• Establish personalized treatment strategies based on assessment results and collaboratively design these plans with client input.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to reflect evolving needs and challenges.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all documentation—from progress notes to case histories—is accurate and up to date.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.
• Communicate consistently with clients, their families, and relevant partners, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive support.
• Be equipped to provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices, research developments, and therapeutic techniques relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and legal requirements in the practice of therapy, ensuring confidentiality and advocating for clients' rights.
• Support clients in accessing additional resources and services as necessary, prioritizing their autonomy and well-being.
• Encourage and model self-care and wellness activities to promote resilience and prevent burnout within both clients and yourself.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing remote therapy platforms while ensuring a secure and supportive virtual environment.
• Represent the clinic's mission and values professionally across all interactions.

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, considering their individual circumstances and backgrounds. Our emphasis lies on providing support for mental health challenges that hinder personal and relational growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is essential.
• Experience offering individual and couples therapy is necessary, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with diverse client needs.
• Prior experience working with both children and adults will be advantageous.
• Strong skills in timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Demonstrated expertise in family systems therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other evidence-based frameworks will enhance the candidate's appeal.
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and experience providing virtual therapy is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or advocacy for mental health services will be viewed favorably.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, proportionate to your experience and qualifications.
