Work Environment

The position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while utilizing telehealth platforms to reach clients effectively. Although you will operate from the comfort of your home, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, will be essential. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
