• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings through telehealth platforms to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Provide short-term individual therapy and crisis intervention via secure video conferencing, addressing a range of emotional and psychological issues.
• Design and facilitate virtual group therapy sessions and workshops that focus on relevant topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals, primary care physicians, and community organizations, to deliver holistic care to our clients.
• Lead outreach initiatives that spread awareness about mental health issues, as well as preventative measures aimed at fostering community well-being.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards in a telehealth setting.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Care Free Therapeutic Services, you will support a broad range of patients facing diverse mental health challenges. Our client base includes individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues, among other concerns. You will play a vital role in navigating the complexities of each case, contributing directly to improving the quality of life for each person you serve.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or have a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the various mental health issues prevalent in virtual therapy sessions, along with a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with a diverse team of professionals.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with managing a varied caseload and utilizing electronic health record systems to document care.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of clients from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Annual salary between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
