• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to accurately identify patient needs and diagnoses.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual, couple, and family dynamics utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Lead and participate in psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for shared experiences around mental health challenges.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing timely support during mental health emergencies and safeguarding patient welfare.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources through informal sessions and structured guidance.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring accessibility for follow-up care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, discuss patient progress, and enhance interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and therapy techniques to continually integrate fresh perspectives into your practice.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse group of patients, including individuals coping with serious mental illnesses, couples facing relationship issues, and families navigating challenging emotional landscapes. This position requires cultural competence and sensitivity to meet the varied needs of our community effectively. Your efforts will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes, helping patients reclaim their lives and empower their recovery journeys.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment options, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement and team collaboration.
• Sound judgment and professional ethics, reflecting a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and treating all patients with respect.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and common computer applications related to clinical practice.

• Experience providing therapeutic services via telehealth platforms, which will enhance your ability to adapt to remote counseling practices.
• Previous roles where you successfully engaged in multidisciplinary team settings.
• Prior experience in outpatient or community mental health settings is highly valued.
