Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual, couple, and family dynamics utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
  • Lead and participate in psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for shared experiences around mental health challenges.

  • Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources through informal sessions and structured guidance.

  • Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, discuss patient progress, and enhance interdisciplinary cooperation.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.
