This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that our patients receive the continuous support they need. Though primarily remote, you will have access to a variety of resources including state-of-the-art technological tools for telehealth services and collaboration platforms to work effectively alongside other professionals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide short-term individual counseling that addresses immediate concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops that cover pertinent topics like stress management, coping strategies, and social skills development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and community organizations, to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at increasing community awareness around mental health issues and resources available to those in need.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

The patients you will serve are diverse, ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and coping with life transitions. Our focus is on equitable access to mental health resources, therefore, you will be working with a wide range of backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses.

• An active state license in mental health counseling, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of mental health challenges typical among diverse patient populations in a remote counseling setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client engagement and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic models suitable for a counseling center environment.
• Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with the ability to manage diverse caseloads effectively.

• Experience in providing telehealth therapy services.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and experience in crisis intervention.
• Prior work experience in a community health or recovery center is desirable.

• A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
