Job description

About Scale

For the past 12 years, Scale Media has been building and scaling science-backed wellness brands. Our portfolio of brands, including Live Conscious, 1MD, and Essential Elements, has grown to 9 figures in revenue while operating profitably with no external funding.

Our team is made up of operators, marketers, and builders focused on products consumers actually trust. We're investing heavily in data and AI to sharpen how we develop products and scale brands.

We believe the best decisions come from data, curiosity, and continuous learning. We value high ownership, candid feedback, and thoughtful execution. As a fully remote company, we lead with clear communication, accountability, and trust, and we give people real room to grow and make an impact.

Scale Media has been recognized as one of Forbes' Best Startup Employers, a Great Place to Work, an Inc. Best Workplace, and an Inc. 5000 company.

If you take ownership, think for yourself, and like solving hard problems alongside people who do the same, you'll fit right in.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the launch and growth of new, innovative brands in the health and beauty space. This role owns end-to-end project management for product launches — tracking timelines, surfacing and escalating risks, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned from concept to launch.

You will bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, multi-stakeholder projects while helping build the processes that support the team as we scale.

What You Will Do
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, proactively identifying potential challenges and ensuring on-time deliverables.
  • Track and communicate project statuses, budgets, resources, timelines, and next steps to the team and stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain and escalate risks across all product launches to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate between the Brand/Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Keep all communications and asset deliveries organized and tracked.
  • Route new projects and feedback through the appropriate teams for development and implementation.
  • Ensure all assets meet brand objectives and standards while staying within budget.
  • Identify project and process issues and help drive improvements over time.
  • Ensure established processes are followed and support team members in following them.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in a Project Management capacity, preferably at an ecommerce, DTC, or CPG company.
  • Experience with project management software, specifically Wrike.
  • AI-savvy with experience using AI tools including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Experience overseeing product launches; background in the health and supplements industry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across management, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to know when and how to communicate escalations clearly to senior leadership.
What Makes You a Fit
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Hands-on and highly motivated, willing to roll up your sleeves and execute tactically.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with constant change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective at prioritizing and managing workload across multiple assignments.
  • Strong understanding of DTC marketing; experience in marketing is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $90,000–$110,000 depending on experience.
  • Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.
  • Fully remote, full-time position.
  • Monthly WFH stipend.
  • Generous Paid Time Off program.
  • Discounted products.
  • An amazing team to work alongside.
