• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, encompassing crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines.
• Document treatment progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a timely manner.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of clinical assessments to support informed treatment planning.
• Collaboratively design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
• Engage proactively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of our services.
• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems and state agencies to integrate community resources with our therapeutic programming.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and community stakeholders to promote organizational goals and support client engagement.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance service accessibility and secure funding opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, training sessions, and statewide collaborative activities.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renewed Heartfelt Healing Therapy, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals affected by emotional disorders, substance abuse challenges, and developmental disabilities. Our clients are often navigating significant life transitions, and your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them toward stability and recovery. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work toward their mental health goals.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• An active, independent LMHC license is mandatory.

• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling practices, including crisis intervention and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and proven methods for supporting clients facing mental health challenges.
• Prior experience working with substance use recovery and developmental disability populations is a plus.
