Job description

**Hybrid Role - Visiting Clinics and Remote**

Position Overview: As a Physician Liaison at QualDerm Partners, you will be responsible for enhancing awareness of our physician services and increasing patient access by building strong relationships within the community healthcare network. Your focus will be on growing referrals, liaising with providers, attending strategic events to increase the reputation and awareness of our provider network, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of those initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and execute territory-specific plans to achieve new patient volumes.
  • Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to identify and prioritize target markets and practices and develop tailored patient catchment outreach and event participation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external providers through targeted outreach, regular communication, and visits to their practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market our clinical services and develop referral relationships with providers, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to develop marketing materials and educational resources for events, referring providers and patients.
  • Utilize ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) and other relevant platforms to measure performance metrics against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Travel within the assigned territory, up to 75% of the time, to meet with referring clinics and conduct outreach activities.
  • Acts as a liaison between external physicians, external clinicians, QualDerm employees to resolve problems, provide and obtain information, and maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred.  Will evaluate work experience as well. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations roles, preferably in a physician liaison or similar capacity Preferred. Will consider other relative sales experience.
  • Experience in healthcare business development or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Analyze referral data and market trends to develop and continuously refine a strategic call plan that drives provider engagement and referral growth.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
