Key Responsibilities

  • Being a patient advocate, meeting patients where they are in their individual healthcare journey
  • Educate patients on utilizing RPM technology effectively and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with the lead nurse


Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduated from an accredited program
  • Current licensure and accreditation for Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
  • High speed internet at home
  • Private and quiet workspace at home where phone conversations are uninterrupted and PHI cannot be overheard.
  • Strong desire to provide patient advocacy
  • Previous experience in telehealth or virtual care settings is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Critical thinking skills for assessing and addressing patient needs
