Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a Personal Lines Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This position will have the opportunity to work in the office, remotely or a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Product Manager: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or a related discipline
  • Experience managing insurance products or line-of-business performance
  • Strong analytical experience using underwriting, claims, financial, market, or operational data to drive business decisions
  • Familiarity with insurance product structures, including rates, rules, forms, underwriting considerations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience presenting business recommendations, product strategies, or performance results to management or executive leadership
