You will bridge the gap between day-to-day bookkeeping and high-level tax strategy, mentoring junior staff while giving business owners the clarity and no-surprises experience they deserve.
Key Responsibilities

  • CAS Oversight: Oversee monthly closes, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Review work from junior staff to ensure GAAP compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Tax Leadership: Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership returns (1040, 1120S, 1065). Develop tax strategies and manage all filing deadlines.

  • Flexibility: Mostly-remote work environment with flexible scheduling, provided core client hours are maintained.
  • Career Path: Direct collaboration with the CEO and a clear path to leadership for high-performers.

You will have real autonomy over your portfolio and the chance to reduce fire drills through better systems and proactive planning. We offer a culture that prioritizes quality over quantity and values sustainable balance alongside close-knit collaboration with firm leadership.
