Title: Training Coordinator (Remote)
Duration: 11 Months
Location: Remote (Can work anywhere in the U.S. but must be available during Central Time Zone hours)

Description:
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing and conducting end-user training programs for the division's Windchill Product Lifecycle Management computer application. The candidate will participate in determining training objectives, develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats and conduct online user training for system users throughout the division. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives limited instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high-quality training plans and course schedules that are goal-focused, scalable, and adaptable for all system users.
• Ensure alignment of course content with organizational needs and learner profiles.
• Collaborate directly with technical subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather accurate information and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable training content and support materials.
• Support the development of end-user application guides and supporting materials compliant with style, structure, and content rules and guidelines.
• Contribute to the management and governance of training materials through version control and change management processes.
• Deliver in-depth technical end-user training utilizing various formats to include conventional instructor-led lecture and demonstration, and interactive computer self-paced.
• Tailor training techniques to maximize learner engagement, incorporating interactive and creative approaches.
• Continuously refine training material and delivery based on user feedback, learning outcomes and evolving technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
• Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing appropriately and working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Computer application training experience – training module development, preparing training material and conducting user training in person and via web-conference.
• Minimum of 4 years training or education experience, including experience with training users on web-based IT systems.
• Training module development and delivery
• Experienced with developing and designing of computer-based training material.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and an understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Flexibility to work with multiple cultures and time zones in a multi-national matrix organization.

  2. Develop Online e-Learning Content
    • Use Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite to build interactive online training modules.
  3. Work With Design/Technical Teams
    • Understand workflows and processes from the design team and translate them into step-by-step user instructions.
  4. Break Down Complex Software Processes
    • Ability to learn the application, document processes, create process flows, FAQs, screenshots, and user guides.
  5. Strong Adobe MS Office Skills Required
    • Must have expertise in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  6. Experience Requirements
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in training or education, especially training users on web-based IT systems.
  7. Hands-On Role (Not Managerial)
    • The candidate will personally create training materials, not manage a training team. Even highly experienced candidates are OK if they are willing to be hands-on.
  8. Ideal Backgrounds
  • Training users on PLM/CAD tools like Windchill.
  • Training in other technical applications (ERP, banking systems, document management systems).
