Job description

Position: Oracle Advanced Collections (EBS) Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (On demand, Travel may Needed)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Advanced Collections (E-Business Suite) Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Receivables and Advanced Collections processes for an enterprise ADP environment. The consultant will work remotely with business users, finance, and technical teams, providing functional expertise, configuration support, and production issue resolution, with occasional travel as required by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Advanced Collections (EBS)
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand collections strategies, dunning, and customer account management
  • Configure and maintain:
  • Collection strategies and work queues
  • Scoring, aging buckets, and delinquency rules
  • Dunning letters and correspondence
  • Support integration between Advanced Collections and Oracle AR
  • Assist with customer profile setup, credit limits, and account balances
  • Troubleshoot collections, AR aging, and transaction-related issues
  • Support month-end close and AR reconciliation activities
  • Prepare functional documentation (FDDs, setup documents, SOPs)
  • Participate in UAT, regression testing, and patch validation

Collaborate with technical teams on:

  • Reports, workflows, and personalization
  • Data fixes and enhancements
  • Provide production support and root-cause analysis
  • Travel onsite as needed based on business requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Collections
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Receivables (AR)
  • Experience supporting enterprise collections processes
  • Knowledge of credit management, aging, and customer account lifecycle
  • Experience working in remote delivery models
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Willingness to travel onsite on demand

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large payroll/HR service organizations
  • Exposure to iReceivables or Customer Data Management (TCA)
  • Oracle EBS Financials certification
  • Prior consulting or system integrator experience
