• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized questionnaires.
• Create personalized treatment plans that address the unique goals and challenges of each client, incorporating therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness techniques.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions, actively using therapeutic tools and techniques to promote client self-exploration and growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with clients to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate recordings of therapy sessions, ensuring documentation adheres to professional standards and organizational policies.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and have diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will be entrusted to provide empathetic support to individuals seeking to improve their mental well-being. • A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, validation, and support for clients' personal experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, particularly in delivering remote counseling or therapy services.
• Familiarity with different therapeutic approaches that can be adapted for remote delivery.
• Track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload with varying levels of complexity.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and platforms for remote service delivery.
