Responsibilities
  • Own, manage, and expand relationships with hospitals and major health systems to continue to drive growth
  • Identify trends in local hospitals and health systems and synthesize findings into strategic opportunities
  • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across higher level of care channels
  • Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
  • Fill potential gaps and monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process
  • Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process
  • Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in a remote capacity
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
  • Must be located in the Albuquerque, NM area
  • 3+ years experience selling into healthcare with a track record of success
  • Experience pitching and working with hospitals and/or larger health systems
  • Work authorized in the United States and native-equivalent proficiency in English
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Demonstrated project management experience, successfully owning and driving tasks from initiation to completion
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, especially with senior leadership
  • Ability to travel locally (within ~2 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment with a collaborative mindset
  • Comfort with video conferencing, scheduling, and CRM technologies
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools preferred
  • Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. #LI-HYBRID
