• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental needs, tailoring interventions accordingly.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that services are aligned with family priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate progress over time as a part of a multidisciplinary team, identifying areas for growth or adjustment in care strategies.
• Provide critical support and guidance to families, equipping them with skills and resources to foster their child’s development in positive, natural environments.
• Engage in natural environment teaching techniques and apply evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes.
• Establish rapport and maintain effective communication with children, families, and other team members to promote a cooperative and productive learning atmosphere.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and care delivery.

This role focuses on providing support to infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, primarily those aged 0-3 years. You will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges while empowering them to support their child’s growth. By implementing targeted interventions and strategies, you will contribute significantly to their child's learning of essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required to ensure a strong foundation in mental health principles and practices.
• An active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for potential home visits when required.
• Proficiency in adapting to various learning styles to meet the unique needs of each child and their individual treatment plans.

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential to this role.
• Experience demonstrating commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, reflecting the candidate's experience and expertise. Benefits include:
