This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while staying connected with team members and clients. The role is centered around school-based programs and services, ensuring that our Licensed Clinical Social Worker can effectively engage with families within their natural environments.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in early intervention programs, working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Monitor and document outcomes, ensuring that interventions are effective and aligned with established goals for child development.
• Provide comprehensive support and resources to families aimed at enhancing their child's developmental progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to coach families on strategies that promote growth.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members to cultivate a healthy, trusting, and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay compliant with all federal and state regulations regarding the provision of social work services.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to advance skills and contribute positively to team dynamics.

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Our services aim to support the first three years of life, a critical time for physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. By working closely with families, our Licensed Clinical Social Workers help create an empowered support system that fosters growth and developmental success.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Valid driver's license to support travel as needed for family visits.
• Strong organizational skills and adept time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to various learning styles.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices for effective family engagement.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing early intervention services to children and families is preferred.
• A proven track record of successfully collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practices and strategies tailored to individual client needs.
