Department: Logistics / Transportation
Reports To: Route Supervisor

Position Summary

The Delivery Driver Helper assists the delivery driver with loading, unloading, and delivering products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role requires physical stamina, strong teamwork, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the driver with daily delivery routes and schedules
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • Help verify delivery orders and customer invoices
  • Carry and move heavy items into customer locations or homes
  • Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage
  • Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
  • Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations
