This position is entirely remote; our therapists utilize advanced telehealth technologies to connect with patients. As a licensed mental health counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and tailoring personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions via telehealth platforms, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitating psychoeducational groups and support sessions to foster community and provide essential mental health resources.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Providing crisis intervention services, adeptly supporting clients in managing mental health emergencies.
• Educating individuals and families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and exploring available community resources to encourage informed decisions.
• Maintaining accurate, private documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard patient confidentiality.
• Participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Staying current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into practice.

You will work with a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns. Our clients include adults facing challenges with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. We emphasize a holistic approach, ensuring that each interaction is culturally sensitive and tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and design effective evidence-based treatment plans.
• Experienced in providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with robust judgment and adherence to professional ethics.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
• Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, candidates with advanced skills in trauma-informed care, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, or specialized population experience (e.g., substance abuse, youth, families) are highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth best practices will be an advantage.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
