What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Deep Learning Engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Deep Learning Engineer, you need strong programming skills in Python, a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, and typically a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, as well as cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, is essential, and certifications in these technologies can be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and clear communication are crucial soft skills for remote collaboration and project delivery. These skills ensure effective development, deployment, and maintenance of deep learning models while working independently in distributed teams.

What are some common challenges faced by remote deep learning engineers, and how can they be addressed?

Remote deep learning engineers often encounter challenges such as limited access to high-performance computing resources, communication barriers with distributed teams, and difficulties in collaborating on large codebases or datasets. These issues can be mitigated by leveraging cloud-based platforms for scalable computing, using clear communication tools like Slack or Zoom for regular check-ins, and employing version control systems like Git for collaborative code management. Proactively setting up workflows and documentation helps ensure smooth collaboration and project continuity within a remote environment.

What is a Remote Deep Learning job?

A Remote Deep Learning job involves working with artificial intelligence and machine learning models, particularly using deep neural networks, from a location outside a traditional office, often from home. Professionals in this field design, build, and optimize algorithms that enable computers to learn from large amounts of data. They often work on projects such as image and speech recognition, natural language processing, or autonomous systems. The remote aspect allows flexibility and access to global opportunities, but requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate virtually with teams.

Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Senior Creative Specialist) in Netherlands.

This role sits at the intersection of consultative sales, creative advisory, and high-velocity inbound pipeline management within a fast-growing global manufacturing SaaS environment. You will be the first meaningful human touchpoint for creators and brands looking to bring custom products to life, guiding them from idea to execution with clarity and urgency. Operating in a fully remote setup aligned with US business hours, you will handle a high volume of inbound leads while delivering a highly personalized, solution-oriented experience. The role requires strong commercial instinct, creativity, and the ability to translate client ideas into viable production outcomes. You will not only close initial deals but also build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and account growth. Success in this role comes from balancing speed, precision, and deep customer understanding in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will manage the full inbound sales cycle while acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating custom product creation. You will be responsible for converting high-volume inbound leads into closed deals, maintaining pipeline discipline, and building long-term customer relationships that drive repeat revenue.

  • Own the end-to-end inbound sales process from first contact to deal closure, ensuring fast and effective conversion.
  • Consult with creators and brand clients to understand product needs, pricing expectations, and design requirements.
  • Handle objections confidently while positioning tailored manufacturing solutions that meet client goals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a repeat customer pipeline to maximize long-term account value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage high-velocity pipelines using structured workflows and disciplined follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and lead generation teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sale engagement and account nurturing to encourage repeat purchases and long-term partnerships.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong consultative sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, remote, performance-driven environment. You are both commercially sharp and creatively minded, with a strong sense of ownership over your pipeline and outcomes.

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying experience in inside sales, account executive, or consultative sales roles.
  • Proven success managing high-volume inbound leads in a fast-paced SaaS, SMB, or services environment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with strong video presentation and client-facing confidence.
  • Strong CRM discipline with experience managing structured pipelines and rapid sales cycles (Pipedrive a plus).
  • Ability to understand creative and manufacturing concepts, translating client ideas into actionable solutions.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment aligned with US business hours.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deals simultaneously.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
  • High earning potential with top performers reaching strong monthly OTE levels
  • Fully remote work environment with global team collaboration
  • Performance-driven culture with clear growth opportunities
  • Exposure to creative, manufacturing, and product development industries
  • Continuous learning through direct client interaction and cross-functional collaboration
  • Flexible contractor-based employment structure
