This role will primarily be conducted remotely, providing an ideal work-life balance while connecting with clients through virtual platforms. Despite the distance, we maintain a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within our team. Therapists will utilize secure video conferencing tools for therapy sessions, along with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure diligent documentation and organization of client information.

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to determine individual client needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide structured and effective interventions.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering clients a platform for shared experiences and guidance in managing their mental health concerns.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for our clients.
• Assist clients during mental health crises by providing immediate support and crisis intervention services.
• Educate clients about their mental health diagnoses, treatment strategies, and available resources within the community.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development to foster a learning-centric environment.
• Stay informed and updated on the latest research, trends, and treatments in mental health therapy.

A current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required. Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and an understanding of various treatment modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to ethical practice, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team will set successful candidates apart.
