• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the emotional and psychological needs of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, tailored to specific client goals and challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Continuously monitor client progress, documenting changes and adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and support clients in acute distress with actionable strategies.
• Maintain professional and confidential client records in accordance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to enhance integrated care.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain informed about advancements in the mental health field.
• Participate in supervision and consultation sessions to refine clinical skills and practices.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines set by state and national licensing boards.

The clientele at Brain Builders Counseling Center represents a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Effectively communicate with clients and team members, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possess a deep sense of empathy and commitment to fostering positive client outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines, applicable mental health laws, and standards of practice.

• At least three years of direct clinical experience in a related field is preferred.
